
MANSEHRA -UNS : Police operations are continuing in connection with a murder case reported on July 7 in the Birkund area of Mansehra district, but one of the nominated suspects, Huzaifa Khan, son of Iftikhar Ahmad, has yet to be arrested.

The First Information Report (FIR) states that on July 7, within the jurisdiction of Khaki Police Station in Birkund, Syed Amir Shehzad Shah was allegedly murdered in broad daylight on a public road.
The case names Iftikhar Ahmad and his two sons, Huzaifa Khan and Hashim Ali, as accused persons.
The victim’s family alleges that Syed Amir Shehzad Shah was brutally killed in a brutal manner in public and that his body was subsequently desecrated.
They have demanded the immediate arrest of all nominated suspects and the imposition of the strictest punishment under the law.
Police officials said efforts to arrest the absconding suspect are ongoing and expressed confidence that he will soon be apprehended and presented before the court. Investigations into the case are continuing.
Meanwhile, the family of the deceased says it is still awaiting justice. They have appealed to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the President of Pakistan, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, law enforcement agencies, and other relevant authorities to ensure the immediate arrest of all nominated suspects and to provide swift justice to the victim’s family in accordance with the law.
