Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is set to depart for Saudi Arabia on Wednesday evening for a two-day official visit, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
During the visit, Prime Minister Shehbaz will hold a key meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The discussions are expected to focus on strengthening bilateral ties, enhancing cooperation across various sectors, and reviewing regional developments.
According to sources, the two leaders will also exchange views on the recent US-Iran conflict and ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at promoting peace and stability in the region.
The visit underscores the close relationship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and is expected to further reinforce cooperation on issues of mutual interest.
