Danielle DiBari, Senior Vice President of Business Operations, Chief Pharmacy Officer, and Chief Procurement Officer at NYC Health + Hospitals, has been named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s “101 Hospital and Health System Chief Pharmacy Officers to Know” list for 2026, recognizing her leadership in pharmacy innovation, operational excellence, and expanding patient access to care.

DiBari is the only executive in the United States to simultaneously serve as Senior Vice President of Business Operations, Chief Pharmacy Officer, and Chief Procurement Officer within a single health system. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, she oversees business operations, pharmacy, and supply chain strategy across the nation’s largest public health system.
Under her leadership, NYC Health + Hospitals has achieved hundreds of millions of dollars in cost savings through strategic procurement initiatives and operational improvements. The health system has also generated significant new revenue through its outpatient pharmacy program while expanding access to affordable medications and pharmacy services for patients across New York City.
DiBari has also spearheaded the implementation of advanced healthcare technologies designed to improve patient-centered care, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen the health system’s long-term financial sustainability.
