It is further alleged that the group bribed the SHO of Rawalpindi City Police Station, creating serious obstacles for the victim in seeking justice.
The cases are currently under trial in the courts of two honorable judges, Mr. Mustansar Latif and Mr. Mudassar Nawaz.
Eyewitness Rizwan son of Muhammad Rizwan stated that he saw the incident and recorded his statement with the police.
In his application, complainant Azhar Masood Chaudhry stated:
“I am a retired senior citizen belonging to a respectable family. Raja Abdul Razzaq and his property-grabbing group committed fraud, forcibly occupied my house and looted my belongings. Both the suit and appeal against me were dismissed by the court, yet they have illegally seized my home.”
The affected citizen has appealed to the Punjab Government, the Chief Justice, and senior police officials to register cases against Raja Abdul Razzaq and his group under charges of terrorism, fraud, theft and bribery, recover the stolen property, and ensure justice for the elderly victim.
