ISI Chief expected in Tehran for Iran-US peace talks alongside high-level military delegation

DUBAI -UNS: According to Al Arabiya, Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) chief, Lieutenant General Muhammad Asim Malik, is also expected to travel to Tehran for Iran-US peace talks.

It is worth noting that Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir arrived in Tehran yesterday, where he was received at the airport by Iran’s Interior Minister. Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi was also present at the airport. During the visit, the Field Marshal also met with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.

It is also important to mention that Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has already been in Tehran, where he held key meetings with the Iranian leadership.
