ISLAMABAD -UNS: The National Youth Leadership Programme (NYLP) International Leadership Summit on Youth Development 2026 will be held tomorrow, August 27, at the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI), bringing together more than 300 young leaders and prominent figures from diverse sectors.
The summit is being organized in collaboration with ICCI, APJCCI, D-Watson and IHRC-RFT New York, USA, with the aim of empowering young people, promoting leadership development and creating opportunities for direct engagement with policymakers and professionals.
Syedaal Khan Nasir, Acting Chairman Senate of Pakistan, will attend the summit as Chief Guest.
Prominent participants and dignitaries are expected to include Ambassador Dr. M. Shahid Amin, ICCI President Sardar Tahir Mehmood, MNA Romina Khurshid Alam, Barrister Aqeel Malik, MNA Usama Ashfaq Sarwar, Zafar Bakhtawari, COPAIR President Amna Munawwar Awan, CDA Director General Irfan Khan, and Tribune Media Group Editor-in-Chief Iftikhar Mashwani.
The summit will provide young participants with opportunities to interact with leaders and experts from industry, academia, diplomacy, business, journalism, climate change and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Chairman of NYLP, Khoja Sheraaz Ali said the initiative was designed to bridge the gap between young people and decision-makers.
“This platform connects youth directly with decision-makers to help build Pakistan’s future leadership,” he said.
The summit is expected to promote youth participation in national development while encouraging networking, mentorship and collaboration across professional and institutional sectors.
