APGR & CIS Condemns Kyiv Attack on President Putin’s Residence

Islamabad-UNS:  Dr. Shahid Hasan, Chairman, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Nizami, President and Engr. Iftikhar Ali General Secretary of the Association of Pakistani Graduates from Russia and CIS (APGR & CIS), have strongly condemned the reported attack by Kyiv on the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin. They termed the act a dangerous escalation that undermines international norms and threatens regional and global stability.

Dr. Hasan, Dr. Ashraf and Engr. Iftikhar emphasized that targeting the home of a head of state is unacceptable and violates established principles of diplomacy and international conduct.
