ISLAMABAD : Iran had decided to donate over £2 million of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to Pakistan and negotiations with the neighbouring country had been completed. A closed border country to Pakistan,Iran have huge energy potentail and selsufficent in natural soures oil and gas.
According to sources said that “It will reach the country within the next 10 days”.
To counter gas shortages during winter, the government had directed local LPG companies to increase their distribution, especially in areas where shortages persist.
“Twenty state companies — such as SSGC, PSO, and SNGPL — are importing 20,000 tonnes of LPG every month to increase distribution”.
