ISLAMABAD : Fruit plants and trees are not environmentally and eco-friendly but its produce healthy food. Its also useful for humans as well as birds, wild life and other eco-friendly organisms.
In this regard, Capital Development Authority CDA and other government agencies are choosing poor plants which are neither productive nor environment friendly during plantation. Rather, poor quality trees often cause environmental pollution, allergy type diseases and are dangerous for birds, human and other eco-friendly elements in lush green capital city.
According to experts, before the creation of Islamabad, this area used to have very beautiful birds and wild life, but after the creation of Islamabad, the beautiful wild life disappeared due to the deforestation local trees and plantation of non-standard trees.
