GHAzI/TERBELA-UNS: The ritual(Chehlam) of spiritual personality Pir Hameed Khan was held in his native village Omer Khana,Ghazi on Sunday. Sajjada-i- Nasheen, Pir Fazar Khan offered special prayers at the (Chehlam) prayer ceremony.
Thousands of people from different walk of life was attended the prayer ceremony.The participants paid tribute to the services of Pir Hameed Khan(late) and said that his message of love and peace is for humanity.
Former Prime Minister of Pakistan and Central Leader Pakistan Peoples Party Raja Pervez Ashraf said that the teaching of Pir Hameed khan are the torch path for us.He paid tribute to him and said that Khan sab was very simple and generous person.
Senator, Pir Sabir Shah said that Pir Hameed Khan mission was to serve humanity. He paid tribute to him and appreciated Pir Fazar Khan to continue his fathers’ mission.
Governor Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider Khan paid tribute to Pir Hameed Khan and said ‘participation of thousands of people in the funeral prayer and the today ritual prayer ceremony of Pir Hameed Khan is the only thing that people are very impressed by their teaching’.

The ‘langar’ free food was distributed among the participants at the function.
