US continued partnership with Pakistan to promote renewable energy and sustainable development: Ambassador Blome

KARACHI-UNS: U.S. Ambassador Blome said that  Climate change is a global challenge that requires global solutions. The United States is proud to support Pakistan’s efforts to combat climate change through projects like the Hawa Energy Limited (HEL) wind power project.

U.S. Ambassador Blome visited to the power generation site underscores our continued partnership with Pakistan to promote renewable energy and sustainable development.

The U.S. government supports 15 wind power projects that generate a total of 780 MW of power to the national grid, supporting millions of Pakistanis.
U.S. Ambassador Blome’s recent visited the Makli hills in Thatta also.
