Peshawar -UNS: The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has issued an alert to all district administrations regarding precautionary measures, as heavy rains with strong winds and thunderstorms are forecast from May 2 to May 4 in upper and central districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
During this period, rain and hailstorms are expected in upper districts including Chitral, Dir, Swat, Shangla, Kohistan, Buner, Malakand, Battagram, Mansehra, and Abbottabad.
Similarly, heavy rain and windstorms are also expected in Peshawar, Mardan, Nowshera, Charsadda, Swabi, Kohat, Kurram, Orakzai, Khyber, Bajaur, Mohmand, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Dera Ismail Khan, and Tank.
