He emphasized that a strong economy is the guarantee of a strong Pakistan, and for this, it is essential to reform the tax system, promote investment, and diversify exports.
The President of the Quetta Chamber of Commerce said that the mineral resources, agriculture, and trade corridor opportunities in Balochistan can revolutionize the country’s economy if utilized under the right strategy. He added that the business community will continue its efforts to safeguard the fruits of independence, create employment opportunities, and involve the youth in economic development. The business sector is the backbone of Pakistan’s economy, and if the government and private sector work in unison, Pakistan can soon achieve economic self-sufficiency.
