KARACHI : The dean of the Federal Urdu University Karachi, revealed that his Ph.D degree was declared fake but he is still working on his seat and withdraw salaries and others facilities from public university.
Dr. Masood Mishkoor’s thesis title is on Economics, Ph.D is in Commerce while thesis is in Islamic study.
According to sources not only Dr. Masoods’ degree was declared fake but his supervisor Dr Jalaluddin degree was also declared fake.
Few years ago Dr. Jalaluddin has been blacklisted by Federal Urdu University and Higher Education Commission(HEC) and banned from entering the university due to the fake degree.
There are corruption and unfair means charges on Dr. Masood Mishkoor. He got full support from others corrupt mafia of the University.
A senior official of the Federal Urdu University said that the Dean of Commerce degree has been revealed to be fake. Dr. Masood Mishkoor’s thesis title is on economics, Ph.D is in commerce while thesis is in Islamic Study. The degree of supervisor of the concerned dean is also fake.
Dr. Masood Mishkoor Noori has been the Dean of Faculty of Business, Commerce and Economics in Federal Urdu University,Karachi for the last eight years.
It should be noted that Dr. Jalaluddin Noori was blacklisted by the Higher Education Commission when he was supervising the thesis of Dr. Masood Mashkoor.HEC has also banned his entry.
Due to the strong support of corrupt mafia no action could be taken against him and his patrons in the Federal Urdu University.
The sources said that the university in the grip of corrupt mafia.
Chairman HEC and Federal Education Minister Rana Tanveer are also looking helpless in front of the influential mafia.
The senior academic and administrative staff appealed to the Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif ,Federal Education Minister Rana Tanvir and Chairman HEC to take strict action against the fake degree holder Dean and the corrupt mafia who patronized corruption, malpractices in the University and to save the University and to save the future of the young students from being dark.
