SEHWAN. Pakistan Red Crescent Society, with the support of the Norwegian Red Cross, distributed the Hygeine kits during the visit of Ms. Hanne Kristofrenn, the humanitarian need assessment unit, delegates from Oslo, Norway. 150 hygiene kits distributed today among the beneficiaries of Cash for Health , the pregnant and lactating women at village Bakhtyarpur UC Arazi Tehsil Sehwan of District Jamshoro.
In a press release, Dr. Iffthikar Aliyar , country manager Norwegian Red Cross and Riaz Hussain, AD Coordination from PRCS national headquarters Islamabad said that they are supporting vulnerable communities belonging to the Sehwan Tahsil through cash for Health initiatives to improve their health and well being .
They said that the first trench of PKR 32000 has been provided to 1000 PLWs, and two trenches of same amount will be provided to them for improving their health conditions.
During the distribution provincial secretary PRCS sindh Mr. Kanwar Waseem ,Mr.Shariq Khan Operations Manager PRCS Sindh,Provincial Program Coordinator Norwegian Red cross Mr.Habib, Ms. Sumara Country Admin and Finance Officer Eng.SALMAN Country WAH Officer,Norwegian Red Cross Ms. Tayyaba Gul, NHQ.Dr. Raheela ,ADHO Jamshoro were preset there.
