GUJRANWALA: Ahmednagar police station is carrying out a full crackdown against drug dealers.Five suspects involved in drug trafficking are in police custody.Six kg 780 grams of hashish and 05 pistols of 30 bore were recovered from the possession of the accused.
Social and political organizations and residents of the area paid tribute to the police for the arrest of the accused.The youth will continue to play their key role in creating a crime-free society for a safe future.
City Police Officer Muhammad Ayaz Saleem has issued orders to take strict actions against criminal elements and drug dealers across the district. Under the supervision of Wazir Abad Hashim Mehmood, SHO Ahmad Nagar Inspector Adnan Ahmed Cheema along with his police team arrested five suspects involved in drug dealing and seized six kilos seven hundred and eighty grams of hashish and five pistols from their possession. 30 barrels were recovered. Among the arrested accused are Yasir Ilyas, Arsalan Abbas, Muhammad Arshad, Muzamil Abbas and Muhammad Usman etc.
On the arrest of the accused, social and political organizations and the residents of the area paid tribute to the police. On this occasion, City Police Officer Muhammad Ayaz Saleem has said that the youth will continue to play a key role in creating a drug-free society for a safe future. The CPO congratulated SHO Ahmad Nagar Inspector Adnan Ahmed Cheema and his police team for their excellent performance.
