ISLAMABAD : The arrest of different members parliament including Parvez Elahi, and the investigations and inquiries into various old cases, have added to Malik Riaz’s difficulties as all the illegal occupations and activities of Bahria Town are being exposed.
Bahria Town illegal occupation,grabbing of thousands of Kanals of around river Swan and in areas of Takhat Puri,Lohi Bhir, Topi Kotha Kalan,Murree area. Government land in Rawalpindi, forest department, CDA, railways, government-owned indivisible land and migrant land etc. can be exposed.
The evidence of Malik Riaz’s illegal occupation of government lands has also been proven by the Survey of Pakistan and Google.
It is also clear from the Google images of the last year how government land has been encroached year after year by Malik Riaz.
By selling DHA fraudulently through illegal deaths and not giving plots by receiving the money of martyrs’ plots, in addition, the investigation of receiving billions of rupees can also be done now.
To protect the illegal affairs of Bahria Town, transfer of secretary level, commissioner, deputy commissioner etc. and displacement of landlords and their families to register FIR together with the police, local corrupt and occupying political groups.
With the help and influence of the political leadership, who belong to every political party in power, to killing the land owners in every case, Parvez Elahi and Hamza Shahbaz Sharif and other corrupt political leaders,backed Malik Riaz.Anti-corruption department, FIA, NAB and other institutions have terminated the investigations of billions of rupees against Bahria Town with the support of influentails..
Politicians and bureaucracy continued to collect huge payments from Malik Riaz by guaranteeing that investigations would not be completed in NAB,FIA and others anti-corruption agencies.
All the corrupt political mafia of Rawalpindi and Islamabad (including federal and provincial ministers, members of assembly, Senators, civil and military bureaucrats,Judges etc.) are involved with Malik Riaz in all these malpractices.
All the institutions conducted preliminary investigations against Malik Riaz and submitted reports to the higher authorities, but the grip of this mafia is so strong that it always stops the action.
What is to be seen now is whether action will be taken only against the political people and government people or the real beneficiary mafias like Malik Riaz who have earned trillions of rupees illegally will also be arrested and brought to justice and the illegal acquisition of government land.
