Hundreds Visit Golra Sharif to Offer Prayers for Pir Syed Farid-ul-Haq

Islamabad: The arrival of devotees and people from various schools of thought continues at Golra Sharif following the passing of Pir Syed Farid-ul-Haq Gillani.Hundreds of individuals are visiting the shrine daily to offer condolences to the bereaved family.

Quran recitation gatherings are also ongoing for Isaal-e-Sawab (prayers for the departed soul) of the late Pir Syed Farid-ul-Haq, as respect continue to pour in from across the country.

A large number of devotees, followers, and people from various schools of thought attended the funeral, reflecting his widespread respect and influence across the country. Hundreds continue to visit Golra Sharif to offer condolences to the bereaved family.

Religious gatherings are ongoing, with Quran recitations being held for the Isaal-e-Sawab (prayers for the departed soul) of the late Syed Mehr Farid-ul-Haq Gilani.

Golra Sharif is home to the shrine of the renowned Sufi saint, Pir Meher Ali Shah, whose followers number in the millions across Pakistan.

Syed Mehr Farid-ul-Haq Gilani was the son of Pir Syed Moeen-ul-Haq Gilani and the nephew of Pir Syed Naseeruddin Naseer Gilani, Pir Syed Jalaluddin Gilani, Pir Syed Hissamuddin Gilani, and Pir Syed Qutb-ul-Haq Gilani. He was also a cousin of Pir Syed Mehr Hammaduddin Gilani, Pir Syed Mehr Fawaduddin Gilani, and Pir Syed Mehr Moeenuddin Gilani.

He passed away a day earlier due to natural causes.
