ISLAMABAD- Nizam-ul-Masaajid Council,Pakistan strongly protested on violation of the Master Plan of Sector G-13/3 and G14 and stressed on immediate cancellation of illegal allotments by the concerned officials of FGEHA and to start an independent inquiry against relevant officials involved in this malpractice.
In meeting the Council showed concerned on construction of illegal Masajid in the Public park in G-13/3 , even relevant orders of Federal Cabinet, High Court, Supreme Court and Masaajid Allotment Policy by Federal Government Employees Housing Authority and illegally allotting two Masaajid in Ground and Parks area to a particular when Masaajid already exist in nearby areas.
Participants of the meeting stressed on immediate cancellation of illegal allotments by the concerned officials of FGEHA and to start an independent enquiry against relevant officials involved in this malpractice otherwise all parks and grounds in Islamabad will be having illegal occupation of such like Masaajid in near future. Participants of the meeting unanimously decided for massive protests in case of non-fulfilment of their lawful demands by relevant authorities.
A protest meeting was organized by Nizam-ul-Masaajid Council, Pakistan regarding protection of Masaajid of Ehle-Sunnat wa-Jamaat in Islamabad, which was attended by large number of representatives from Jamiat Ulema e Pakistan, Jamaat Ahlesunnat, Pakistan, Tehreek Labeek Pakistan, Pakistan Sunni Tehreek, Khudam-ul-Masjid, Tehreek-e-Tahz e Masaajid Ahles-Sunnat, Pakistan and prominent local residents.
The participants of the meeting demanded from the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan, Federal Minister of Interior, Federal Minister of Housing & Works and all related government institutions, especially CDA and FGEHA to immediately hand over all pending allotment/possession letters of Masaajid whose committees have already been constituted by Auqaf Islamabad after completion of relevant formalities.
