Senator Muhammad Talha Mahmood hosts a grand Iftar dinner

ISLAMABAD -UNS: Senator Muhammad Talha Mahmood hosted a grand Iftar dinner on Tuesday evening at his farmhouse,in Islamabad.

Senator Talha Mahmood and his son Ambassador at-large Muhammad Mustafa bin Talha warmly welcomed the guests and go to the guests’ sets and warmly meet them. In the Iftar Dinner, traditional Pakistani and Chinese foods were served with full dignity.
Speaking on the occasion,Senator Talha Mahmood described the virtues of Ramadan and Iftar.  He described the Talha Mehmood  Foundation’s charitable works in Pakistan and internationally.Talha Mehmood  Foundation distributed millions of rupees foods and tints ,cloths,medicines among the poor and deserving people.
Addressing the gathering, he said that the future of Pakistan is bright but Pakistan needs honest,dedicated,patriotic and visionary leadership at all level. Talha said that Pakistan has been rich in all kinds of natural and human resources. ‘These resources can be eliminated all loans economic problems as Pakistan can also end the economic issues’ he added.
Senator Talha said that Pakistan’s’ geo-strategic and geo-political position is very important for regional and global economic and strategic development. He said law and order situations in the country is very alarming.He urged the government to maintained law and order in the country to promote business activities.

The Iftar dinner was attended by esteemed guests from different walks of life including Adviser to Prime Minister on Interior Perwais Khattak,Political affairs Adviser to Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah,members parliament as well as diplomats from Turkmanistan,Tajikistan,Malaysia, Afghanistan, Palestine,China and other countries. Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI)President,civil society members,traders,businessmen,Senior Journalists ,Civil and military bureaucrats also present on the occasion.
