DIR /JANDOLA -UNS: Two young brothers were shot and killed in Mayaar, Jandola on Friday,after noon. According to the details, on Friday noon two real brothers, Amir Zaman Mashwani and Syed Nawab Mashwani, were shot dead by unknown gunmen in the market of Mayaar,Dir. Both the said brothers were the sons of Malik Ayub Zareen Mashwani a local tribal chief.
As soon as the incident was reported, there was chaos in the area. The people got angry but after the intervention of the local elders the situations were brought under control.
According to the eyewitness the local tribal People are deeply saddened by this tragedy and public circles have expressed regret and condemnation of the incident over the killing of innocent young brothers.
Addressing the public gathering after the funeral and burial of dead body,local Tehsil Nazim Ahmad Shah strongly condemned the incident and said that some elements want to disrupt peace and law and order situations in the area.He said Killing of innocent citizens is dangerous for peace and security in the area. Appealing to the people to remain peaceful, he said that the government and institutions should play his role for the establishment of peace and prevent the loss of lives of innocent people. He said that in this hour of difficulty, the entire Mashwani tribe and the peace-loving nations and tribes are standing with Malik Ayub Zareen Mashwani.
Malik Ayub Zareen Mashwani is the son of the late tribal chief Malik Zareen Mashwani. His family’s sacrifices for nation are unfailing and exemplary. The stories of bravery and courage of Malik Zareen Mashwani are common and exemplary not only in Pakistan but also in the land of Afghanistan. Late Zareen Mashwani was also the Governor of Kunar Province of Afghanistan.His valuable services for the establishment of peace in the area are comendable. Malik Ayub Mashwani is a handsome brave and unparalleled in his loyalty to Pakistan. Last year he was seriously injured in a dangerous attack and today on Friday two of his young sons were brutally put to death which is highly condemnable and regrettable.Malik Ayub Zareen Mashwani is probably being punished for his loyalty and services to Pakistan and for his services to maintain peace in the region.
