UNS :Islamabad High Court has scheduled a hearing for November 12 on Imran Khan’s bail application in the Toshakhana-two case.
The hearing will be conducted by Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb.
The court has issued a notice to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), seeking their response on the matter.
It is important to note that the Special Judge Central had earlier rejected Imran Khan’s bail in the case, while his wife, Bushra Bibi, has already been granted bail in the same case.
On July 13, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) arrested Imran Khan and his wife in connection with a new Toshakhana reference shortly after they were granted bail in the ‘Iddat Nikah’ case.
