Chairman Aslam Adil said that the employees of MMP, working on the Tarbela 5th Extension Project, have been deprived of their salaries for several months, which is unfair and unjust. The employees are facing severe difficulties due to non-payment of salaries during this inflationary period.
There is great unrest among the employees. He said that MMP is also depriving the employees of their rights and benefits after termination of employment, which is against labor laws and policies. General Secretary Aslam Adil has demanded that MMP administration ensure timely payment of salaries to the employees and implement labor laws. Otherwise, the employees will be forced to take legal action to get their rights.”
