MHI and ZFA agrees  to work together in key areas to strengthen their impact in social sector

Islamabad-UNS: Chairman Muslim Hands International UK, Sahibzada Pir Syed Lakht Hasnain Shah, visited the Pakistan office of the Zakat Foundation of America.

He was warmly received by Country Director Dr. Fazal Rahman, who introduced him to the staff and briefed him on the organization’s ongoing humanitarian and development initiatives.

During the meeting, Dr. Rahman shared details of the Zakat Foundation’s recent relief and rehabilitation efforts in flood-affected areas, particularly in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

A video presentation highlighting the foundation’s humanitarian activities across Pakistan was also shown.

Speaking on the occasion, Pir Syed Lakht Hasnain Shah said, “Service to humanity is the true essence of greatness, and such efforts never go unrewarded. Islam teaches us love, brotherhood, and compassion for others.”

He added that those who serve humanity with honesty, dedication, and sincerity not only secure their place in the Hereafter but also attain inner peace and contentment.

Pir Lakht Hasnain Shah emphasized that Muslim Hands International and the Zakat Foundation of America can work together in key areas to strengthen their impact and reach more people in need.

He lauded the Zakat Foundation’s contributions in education, orphan care, clean water provision, and disaster relief operations.

Concluding his remarks, he expressed his best wishes for the foundation’s continued success and urged all to move forward with the same spirit of service and compassion for humanity
