MOSCOW -UNS: Dr. Shahid Hasan , Chairman of APGR & CIS, nominated Ambassador of the Russian Federation for Education and Science for Pakistan.This is a great honor for Pakistan and Association of Pakistani Graduates from Russia & CIS (APGR & CIS).
A beautiful ceremony has been held in Moscow recently in this regard in which Dr. Shahid was awarded the title mentioned above in recognition to his great contribution in the areas of education and promoting friendly relations between Pakistan and Russia.
The event was attended by a large number of Rectors from different educational institutions , intellictualls from different spheres of life, Minsters and other dignitaries. It’s a great honor not only for the Association of Pakistani Graduates from Russia & CIS but for the whole country. We hope that with his nomination as Ambassador of the Russian Federation for Education and Science, the opportunities for Pakistani students and researchers will be further increased, and prospective students will be further benefited.
