Smart skills camp for kids Concluded 

LAHORE -UNS: The Pakistan Markazi Muslim League (PMML) successfully concluded its seven-day Smart Skills Camp for Kids, held from July 7 to July 14, with the aim of equipping children with essential digital and personal development skills for the 21st century.The initiative, organized by the party’s IT Wing targeted children aged 9 to 13 from across Pakistan.

The camp featured a diverse curriculum ranging from artificial intelligence and animation to online safety and entrepreneurship. Delivered in a fully online format, the sessions were designed to foster creativity, digital literacy, self-confidence, and ethical awareness among participants.

In his closing remarks, Malik Waqas Saeed, Head of IT at PMML, expressed satisfaction over the enthusiastic participation and outcomes.

The camp featured a variety of sessions, including Artificial Intelligence and Animation, DIY Creativity, Handling Peer Pressure and Bullying, Spoken English, Online Safety, Environmental Protection, Entrepreneurship, and Canva Designing.

Children took part in hands-on activities involving AI, machine learning, Canva design, e-book creation, podcasting, cyber safety, and business planning. Environmental awareness and digital ethics were also integrated into the program to promote responsible online behavior.

Parents lauded the initiative, appreciating the constructive and secure virtual environment. Many noted visible improvements in their children’s confidence and technical abilities.

Highlighting the broader vision of the party, Malik Waqas Saeed said the PMML’s commitment goes beyond politics. “We aim to empower our youth to become self-reliant, ethical citizens who can contribute to national progress. Through our Apna Kamao Initiative, we have already trained millions in digital skills, e-commerce, freelancing, and online income generation. Our mission is to transform Pakistan into a digital IT hub.”
