Islamabad -UNS; As part of its official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Parliamentary Delegation of Pakistan, led by the Honorable Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, visited the “ASAN Service” Center in Baku.
During the visit, the delegation was comprehensively briefed on the functioning of the “ASAN Service” and the broader activities of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations operating under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. It was noted with appreciation that the “ASAN Service” initiative, launched under the visionary leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, has significantly enhanced citizens’ access to public services through innovative and people-centric approaches.
The delegation was informed that the “ASAN Service” model has been shared with more than 20 countries, including Pakistan, and has garnered recognition from various international organizations for its efficiency and transparency in public service delivery.
Speaker National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq commended the concept and implementation of the “ASAN Service” and conveyed his admiration for the State Agency’s pioneering role in advancing public service reforms and social innovation.
The visit was attended by MNAs Dr. Mahesh Kumar Malani, Mr. Umair Khan Niazi, Mr. Nazir Ahmed Bhugio, Mr. Muhammad Moin Aamer Pirzada, Mr. Sadiq Iftikhar, Chaudhry Iftikhar Nazir, and Mr. Muhammad Afzal Khokhar.
