ISLAMABAD -UNS :After increasing tension with Pakistan, India to buy 26 Rafale Fighter jets from France. The total value of these warships is about Rs 63,000 crore or $ 8 billion.
These warships are being purchased for the Indian Navy. The 36 rifles that India had previously purchased were for the air and they have been taken to the country’s major airports.
Under the new contract that has been signed from France on Monday, 22 out of 26 Rafal will be single seat, only one seat capable of flying in less than the deck of aircraft carrier ships. The remaining four are two ships that will be used for training.
According to reports these ships will not be found immediately.His delivery will start three years later, i.e. 2028-29 and will be completed by 2030.
These fighters will be adorned with all combat equipment, weapons, seminaries, spare parts, etc. The agreement also arranged for pilots’ training and equipment supplies.
Rafal warplanes are capable of carrying nuclear bombs. The ship will be equipped with 70 km away, existing AM 39 ships, in addition to the missiles with a 300km -of -range atmosphere, ‘Skillp’ and a range of 120 to 150 km of atmosphere.
Defense expert Sanjeev Srivastu told BBC Chandan Kumar Judge, saying, “Many countries around the world are also attacking with the help of drones.” But fighter jets are important in terms of their ability to attack with their accuracy and long distance attacks
The agreement has come at a time when tensions between India and Pakistan are at its peak after the Pahalgam attack. The date of the deal was decided earlier this month before the event of Pahalgam.
