15th Session: NA attendance report card

ISLAMABAD-UNS: As many as 73 (23 percent) Members of the National Assembly (MNAs) attended all sittings, whereas 49 (16 percent) did not attend any sitting during the 15th session of the National Assembly that spanned over five sittings between April 7 and 14, 2025. Following are key highlights of the report:
The first sitting had the highest number of MNAs (202 or 65 percent of current membership) present during the session.
The fourth sitting had the lowest number of MNAs (144 or 46 percent) present.
As many as 240 (77 percent) MNAs skipped at least one sitting during the session.
As Many as 60 (25 percent of 240) MNAs submitted applications for leave of absence during the session.
As many as 180 (75 percent of 240) MNAs skipped the House proceedings without any formal leave application in advance.
Among the cabinet members, four federal ministers and two state ministers attended all sittings.
Prime Minister did not attend any sitting while the Leader of the Opposition attended three (60 percent) sittings.
