Tension between Pakistan,Afghanistan harmful for both countries:Hamidul Haqqani

MULTAN -UNS: Maulana Hamidul Haq Haqqani, Central Amir of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Pakistan and Chairman Defense Council of Pakistan,has said that both Pakistan and Afghanistan are Islamic brother countries and tension,rift and distance between them is detrimental to both the brotherly states.
He expressed these views while addressing the annual grand gathering of Jamia Abdullah Ibn Masood Khanpur on the occasion of his three-day visit to South Punjab.
Maulana Hamidul Haqqani said that at present the country is facing threats from all sides, the enemies do not want Pakistan to be stable and strong, that’s why different tactics are being used.
He said the whole country is in the grip of terrorism, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is on fire.’Karam Agency has been in a state of war for three months, but our rulers are not giving up and are busy with their luxuries’,he added.
Haqqani while addressing the workers at the residence of Qari Saeed Ahmad Rahimi in Multan said that the workers should work together day and night to make the Jamaat organized and active and support the mission of their elders, especially the leader of Jamiat Maulana Samiul Haq Shaheed.

Maulana Hamidul Haque led the funeral prayer of Qari Saeed Rahimi’s uncle Haji Taqiullah. Maulana Hamid-ul-Haq Haqqani attended the reception given by District Amir Maulana Azam Hussain in Lahore on the third day and discussed the country’s political situation in detail. Maulana Syed Muhammad Yusuf Shah, Central Secretary General of the Jamiat, accompanied him in the visit.
