NEW YORK, NY-UNS: NYC Health + Hospitals’ NYC Care program will launch a city-wide day of action to commemorate its five-year anniversary and encourage New Yorkers to enroll in the health care access program. The inter-agency initiative will feature canvassing across the city, mobilizing community partners and dozens of volunteers for in-person and digital outreach. NYC Care invites you to join us during our canvassing effort to promote health care access.

Washington Heights, Manhattan, 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.: Meet at the northeast corner of Ft Washington Ave at 181st St. New York, 10003 (across the 181st St. A-train Stop)
Sunset Park, Brooklyn, 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.: Meet on the northeast corner of 5th Ave at 44th St. Brooklyn 11220 (11232); just outside of Sunset Park
Long Island City, Queens, 3:30 p.m. – 5p.m.: Meet at the southwest corner (near bike path) of Queens Plaza North at Crescent St. LIC 11101
