74 more free bio-gas plants provided to consumers by Punjab Energy Department in Sargodha

SARGODHA:Under the supervision of Commissioner Sargodha Division, Muhammad Ajmal Bhatti, a lucky draw was held in the Commissioner’s Office on Monday to provide 74 more consumers of the division with free bio-gas plants from the Punjab Energy Department.

Through the lucky draw, 43 consumers from Sargodha, 14 from Khushab, 12 from Mianwali, and 5 from Bhakkar will be provided with free bio-gas plants.

A total of 438 consumers from all four districts had submitted applications for the lucky draw. It is pertinent to mention that prior to this, 300 citizens of Sargodha Division have already been provided with free bio-gas plants.

The lucky draw ceremony was attended by Deputy Commissioners of Mianwali and Bhakkar, ACG Khushab, Director Agriculture, Deputy Director Technical, and President Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sargodha along with other relevant officers.
