NUTECH First Batch of Dual Diploma Program Students Departing for China

Islamabad -UNS: The National University of Technology (NUTECH) held its farewell ceremony to honor 23 students from the Dual Diploma Program proceeding to China. This marks a significant milestone in the University’s international academic collaboration with China.These students, enrolled in the Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Software Technology, successfully completed two years of study at NUTECH and are now set to pursue their final academic year at Guangzhou Polytechnic University, China. The three-year program is designed to equip students with essential technical skills, practical training, and global exposure in the rapidly advancing field of software technology.

During the ceremony, Dean of Skills, Engr. Nadeem, highlighted NUTECH’s Skills Programs, its Academic Framework, and the growing international partnerships particularly with TANG China, aimed at expanding career opportunities for Pakistani students through the Sino-Pak Dual Diploma Vocational and Technical Joint Education Program. Mr. Song, CEO of TANG Chinese Education, congratulated the graduating students on this new academic journey and commended the faculty and partner institutions for their role in the program’s success. Pro-Rector Skills also congratulated the students at completing 2 years at NUTECH and wished them success in China. Mr. Chen Peng, Cultural Counselor from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, in his address, acknowledged the strengthening educational ties between Pakistan and China through such collaborative initiatives.
The event concluded with the distribution of certificates to the successful students, celebrating their achievements and wishing them success as they embark on the next chapter of their educational journey in China.
