World Language Day celebrated in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD-UNS: World Language Day celebrated in Islamabad on Monday. A special event was organized in Islamabad by the Pukhtoon Culture Association PCA in connection with the World Language Day.

On the occasion, the prominent Pashto poets Rahmat Shah Sial and Fazal Subhan Abid were the guests of the ceremony, while renowned singer Naeem Khan Tory attended the honorary guest. Young journalist, singer and poet Waqar Ali Shah Daryab was the host on the occasion. Shoaib Yousafzai, president of the Pakhtun Culture Association, welcomed all the participants of the event and highlighted the importance of mother tongue.

In addition, Naeem Khan Tori and RD Khan, Waqar Ali Shah, greeted the participants by singing various lyrics, songs and tips. On this occasion, the secretary of the organization also announced the celebration of a special evening after Eid.

Special guests Rahmat Shah Sial and Fazal Subhan Abid praised the organization’s efforts and today declared it memorable.

According to Rahmat Shah Sial, after the end of the three -day literary festival of the Indus Culture Forum in Islamabad, the seat of the Pakhtun Culture Association remained charming.
